Objectives of our Strategy • Strengthen neighbourhood policing to respond to local need and increase public confidence • Develop our partnerships to reduce crime and disorder • Improve the service provided to victims, witnesses and the public • Protect communities from the threat of terrorism and organised crime • Use information and intelligence to be more effective • Develop our people to give the best service • Improve the use of our resources
