  4. Internal Goals 2011 fundraising goal: $100,000 Team Goals: 75 fundraising team captains, 100 total team captains Walkers/team: 10-15 walkers per team Fundraising/team: $1,300/team Final Collection date: June 1, 2011

Internal Incentives for Individuals • All registrants will receive a Heart Walk T-shirt • For Top 10 Individual Contributors (over $500 raised) • Each walker will be entered into a drawing to win one of ten autographed baseballs from Tonny La Russa, Jose Oquendo, Red Schoendienst, Mark McGwire, Colby Rasmus, Albert Pujols, and Stan Musials

  7. Internal Incentives for Teams • For Top 3 Teams: • 1st place – BJC Cardinals Suite for one game • 2nd place – Cardinals Party Suite • 3rd place – Private Catered Celebration

AHA Incentives - Individuals • 4 WEEKS TO GO • April 21 thru April 27 - All participants who send 25 or more e-mails through their personal heart walk website during the contest period will be entered into a drawing to win 2 tickets for a private Busch Stadium tour. • 3 WEEKS TO GO • All participants who have raised and turned in $150 or more by May 4, 2011 will be entered into a drawing to win A Field Visit and 2 Outfield Field Box Tickets. • 2 WEEKS TO GO • May 5 thru May 11 - All participants who send 25 or more e-mails through their personal heart walk website during the contest period will be entered into a drawing to win A Field Visit and 2 Outfield Field Box Tickets. • MAY 25, 2011 - All participants who have raised $350 or more will be entered into a drawing to throw out the First Pitch and receive 2 Outfield Field Box Tickets.

AHA Incentives – Individuals • LUNCH WITH OZZIE Top three walkers win lunch with Hall of Famer, Ozzie Smith. • HALL OF FAME The first 20 participants to raise $3,500 or more will receive a pair of tickets to a private party suite including food and beverages. • ALL STAR TEAM Any participant who raises $1,000 or more will receive 2 Outfield Field Box tickets. • OPENING CEREMONY Our 2011 Start! Heart Walk VIPs will be recognized on the field during the opening ceremonies –Top Walker, Top Team Captain, Hospital Cup Winner, Top Company and Top Community Team Captain. Recognition will include two Outfield field box tickets per VIP.

AHA Incentives – Team Captains • MARCH • All Team Captains who have 9 or more registered walkers on their team by March 23, 2011 will be entered into a drawing to win 4 Outfield Field Box Tickets. • APRIL • All Team Captains with at least 5 registered fundraising walkers (with $50 each in confirmed donations) by April 13, 2011, will be entered into a drawing to win 2 Tickets to a Private Party Suite. • TEAM CAPTAIN PRIVATE PARTY SUITE • The Top 15 Team Captains and a guest will be invited to the Team Captain Private Party Suite.
