  12. Rule 1 Teams may only contact the ball 3 times. If the team has 4 consecutive touches it’s a side-out. Main menu

  13. Rule 2 A Player may only touch the ball one time in succession. Main menu

  14. Rule 3 If a player steps on the line while serving, it’s called a “foot-fault” and is a side-out. Main menu

  15. Rule 4 If the ball hits the line on a teams’ side, it is considered in and is a point for the opposing team. Main menu OUT IN

  16. Rule 5 If a player touches the top part of the net, it is a net violation and side-out. Main menu

  17. Rule 6 If any player fully crosses the centerline with any part of the body, it’s a centerline infraction and side-out. Main menu

  18. Rule 7 A player may not hold, catch, or throw the ball. If so it’s called a carry and results in a side-out. Main menu
