January 2012 Updates: School Holidays, Part 1
Do you think it’s easy to be a kid? The hard task of entertaining oneself during long summer vacations is not for the faint hearted... All that free time, hours to fill with exploration and games... Oh, need a break already!
We spent a morning at the park on Majors Bay Road, where the main attraction was the guy cutting the grass on the cricket oval.
After the fun in the park we had lunch at a small Italian-style restaurant in Concord. The girls were fantastic from the garlic bread, through the mushrooms pasta to the two coloured dessert!
Hahgoot needed a little incentive to walk home back from the Concord shops... Strawberry gelato did the trick!
We travelled on the train to the Australian museum to meet Kylie, 4 years old Sky and Charlie, the 8 months old new addition.
After the de Giorgio family headed back home Hahgoot made friends with a nice dinosaur enthusiast (he had dinosaurs on all his clothes!) In our next presentation: School holidays fun, part 2 We have fun in Corner cubby house in Five Dock with Emanda and Charley And spend a day at the park and shopping centre in Burwood with Sarah, Emma and Deena
