  1. 2ND LUX SAHYADRI MANIK AWARDS 2009 This programme recognises the efforts put in by the staff members during the year. The second Sahyadri Manik Award ceremony was held on 3rd June 2010 at RavindraNatyaMandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai. The telecast of this award ceremony was on 26th June 2010 between 3.30 pm & 6.30 pm on Sahyadri channel. The programme began with GaneshVandana followed by the speech of DTC, Shri L. K. Chopra and Superintending Engineer, Shri M.S. Thomas. Sahyadri Manik Award for 2009 was sponsored by Lux. The revenue generated from this programme was Rs. 30 lakhs. Comperes to this programme were Dr. AmolKolhe and NeelamShirke. The awards were given under different categories and were distributed by well known personalities viz. Shri Mahesh Kothare, Ms. PriyaBerde, Ms. Tabassum and Shri ArunSadhu. Technical awards were given away by Chief Engineer, Shri D.P. Singh and Superintending Engineer, Shri M.S. Thomas.
