Program Purpose The purpose of the Brazos County P-16 Council is to provide a platform for community stakeholders and strategic partners to present ideas and discuss issues of mutual concern related to college/university transfer and articulation programs, college readiness projects, the role of community colleges, teacher recruitment and retention, dual/concurrent enrollment, minority enrollment and assessment.

  8. Program Mission To build and sustain cooperative relationships through partnerships with K-12 education, higher education, workforce, and community partners, which will enable students to make successful decisions about their personal and educational goals.

  9. Program Vision The Blinn College P-16 Regional Council will build and sustain cooperative relationships to support more integrated partnerships and collaboration among the educational systems within the Brazos, Austin, Fayette, and Washington county areas.
