  3. Structure Human component EURES manager, EURES coordinator (1-1 person from member countries) around 7- 800 counselors in member countries (out of whom,around 30 in Hungary) EURES assistants (1 person per regional office)

  4. Human component • Role of counselor promotion of the system (forums, open days, etc.) providing information to clients mutual informing control of labour supply Organization of labour exchange

  5. Human Component • Establishing the network employment experts, who speak the EU languages (English, German, French) or they are going to learn them or young persons, who speak mutiple languages, and who will be trained in 1-2 years

  6. Promotion of the System (forums, open days, etc.) • Events of universities and higher education institutions, • festivals, • labour exchange, • media.

  7. Providing information to clients • Responsible for a specific country • Practical information • (Ten commandments)

  10. Organization of labour exchange • 7 international labour exchanges (2 thematic days) • Halls of bigger popular institutions • Shopping malls (win-win position)

  11. Turnover • 2 - 2.5% of labour force migrates • 95% of them in border regions
