Session 3 • Recap on previous session – goals achieved? • Eating Patterns & Behaviours • Fruit & Vegetables • Physical Activity • Screen Time • Healthy Eating Quiz
Session 4 • Re-cap on previous session – goals achieved? • Drinks • Snacks • Label-reading • Label Game
Session 5 • Telephone Review • General re-cap/review of progress • Facilitate the parent/child in setting new/amending current goals and rewards • Encouraging family to continue with behavioural change tools
Session 6 • 3 months after initial session • General re-cap/review of progress • Anthropometric measurements taken & BMI plotted • Opportunity for family to discuss any issues they have encountered or concerns they may have • Encourage family to continue with behavioural change tools

EPGW Teenage Sessions • Exploring teenager’s feelings about weight and dietary issues and expectations of the programme • Body Image & Perceptions of Healthy Weight • Media • ‘Fad’ dieting • Eating out/Take Aways • Alcohol • Calcium & Iron Intake • Energy deficit regime if required
