Educational Experience • 1991 BA, History, Virginia Tech • 1998 MAEd, Curriculum & Instruction, Virginia Tech • 2013 Administrative Endorsement, Radford University • Currently has 20 plus graduate hours in subject matter over the graduate degree • Certified to teach in International Baccalaureate Program in both History and Theory of Knowledge

ISSLC Standards • Slide 2 Vision: I tried to develop a statement that encompassed all standard, substituting the word positive for ethical as it is an easier term to communicate • Slide 3 Expectations: A simple slide that initially shows a knowledge of the standards in conjunction with the standard job description

ISSLC Standards Cont. • Slide 7 Teaching: Demonstrate that I possess an understanding of changes in the teaching models employed in the classroom as they relate to the instructional standards • Slide 9 Additional Duties: Show how I am already incorporating the standards in my extra duties beyond classroom instruction
