Fashionable ( specially for women ) – common beliefs that WPS less harmful than cigarette – water filter smoke and tobacco contain healthy fruits – smoke filtered freed - acrolein and the phenol but nicotine the same • Gender - maintain the # of women who smoke cigarette but not water pipe • Some cigarette smokers turn to WPS as a step to stop smoking – but actually they start a new habbit • Israeli school children – 90 % WP not healthy 50 % less harmful than cigarette
