K-PREP Test Windows • K-PREP test windows for elementary, middle and high schools will be collected in SDRR. • District level users will be able to make changes to the K-PREP test windows • School level users will have read-only access and cannot make changes to the K-PREP testing windows • Tentatively the window is April 8 - 18. SDRR Features • Connection of SDRR to IC for rosters • Large buttons on the Home Page indicate which sections of SDRR are open by color – green is open, red is closed and yellow is finalizing • Home Page: Information and Student Changes, List of Tasks • “In Progress” will show for 100 Day Students and Non-Participation Changes before they are approved or denied • Edit tickets • Large Red Help button • Inactivity logout = 20 minutes KDE:OSAA:DAAS: cw, jh: 2/1/2019

SDRR Features (continued) • Export and additional filter buttons at the top and bottom of the student listing • Larger numbers to navigate the student listing and bullseye effect on mouse over • Visible counts of students onscreen, including filtered results • Onscreen indicator when a filter is applied • Additional column sorting onscreen • District/School codes included on EXCEL export • Sandbox for staff training • New look to SDRR planned for the late summer/early fall KDE:OSAA:DAAS: cw, jh: 2/1/2019

  12. Roster Dates and Activities Districts will wait to mark the 100 day students for ACT in the spring rosters and not during ACT rosters. All rosters close in SDRR at 5 p.m. ET ALL DATES TENTATIVE Demographic changes are made in Infinite Campus (IC) KDE:OSAA:DAAS: cw, jh: 2/1/2019

  14. IEP Field (Helpful Hints) IEP field in IC: • Verify the student has a current Individualized Educational Program (IEP) • IEP fields must be completed appropriately. Please contact program area for additional assistance. • Verify that the IEP is locked and current If IC change is not reflected in SDRR by the next day, contact kdedatarequest@education.ky.gov KDE:OSAA:DAAS: cw, jh: 2/1/2019

EL/LEP Field (Helpful Hints) Correcting the EL/LEP field in IC: • Mark the student as LEP • Home language other than English:0400 • Mark at least one instructional accommodation • Mark at least one program services type (cannot be declined services) If IC change is not reflected in SDRR by the next day, contact kdedatarequest@education.ky.gov KDE:OSAA:DAAS: cw, jh: 2/1/2019

K-PREP Rosters • Verify student enrollment in grades 3-11 • Include all students enrolled as of the first day of the testing window • Change requests created for: • Non-participation Students – First Year EL/LEP, Medical, Extraordinary Circumstance, Students Was Withdrawn/Expelled Without Services After the Testing Window Began • 100 Day Students • Save an electronic version of all rosters Data is pre-populated from IC KDE:OSAA:DAAS: cw, jh: 2/1/2019
