Grading We’ll use rubric grades of 1, 2, 3, 4, and symbols. The rubric numbers stands for the following: 4 = above grade level standard 3 = at the grade level standard 2 = approaching, but below grade level standard 1 = significantly below the grade level standard

Homework • Working on time management and organization • District requirements • 15-25minutes a night, not including nightly reading (15-25minutes/night) • Independent reading • 15-25 minutes per nigh ****Homework will begin next week. Students will have reading, spelling, and math each night. We will spot check homework but please make sure to check at home as well.
