  2. Force people to enter in the information that they are supposed to enter. • Color code things to make it obvious what should be entered. • Make a manual that explains every option on your Standard Contracts. • Use the new Packages option. CLIP has tools to make Data better

  3. Use KnowItAll to document processes within your company. • Make sure all of your processes for entering contracts can be found by everyone in the company. • Also make sure everyone has the latest most up to date copy of how to enter your contracts. KnowItAll

  4. You can include extra information on your website. • Make sure that you store them in CLIP. Writing Contracts

Limited Contracts you need to setup min/max/charge over max • Discounts come from QuickBooks (for qCLIPxe) • Enter installments under the installments tab. • Chemical Applications should be entered under Programs and Rounds. • Jobs that aren’t Part of the contract should be setup as Per Service.
