    2. What is Supply Chain Relationships in Action (SCRIA)? A process based on the Industry/MOD agreed SCRIA code of practice that sets the highest standard for relationship management through the extended enterprise encompassing collaboration, partnering and alliances.

    3. DTI - Provided funding to benefit SCRIA in 1996 and continues to spread SCRIA best practice to other industries. MOD - SCRIA embodied in MOD Commercial Policy Group Guideline No 9 – Building and sustaining Effective Relationships “Collaborative Working” UK PRIMES - 15 UK Primes and OEMs signed up to National Plan to transform 21st Century Supply Chains deploying SCRIA and Lean Tools to change working practices. UK SMEs - SBAC and Regional Consortia supporting the National Plan and the MOD Defence Industrial Strategy (DIS).

    9. SCRIA Outputs Managing The Risks Together (Recent Example) At the beginning of the project, it is decided to drive out all Reds by MG1 and all ambers by MS2. This retrospective shows how the 2 remaining reds (i.e. IPR issues between UK repair facility and American OEM) were given priority post MG1 and the half a dozen ambers pre MG2 to reduce and occasionally remove entirely risks in the lead up to MS2.At the beginning of the project, it is decided to drive out all Reds by MG1 and all ambers by MS2.
