Name • Background: • For 4 years, I have studied Management “ how to get things done through others” and how to lead, control, organize and coordinate in order to accomplish the objectives and the goals of the organization. At the end of each management course , we have got that chapter about development and innovation of the organization in the globalization era, that chapter was mainly about change , resistance towards change and how to avoid resistance of change. I guess that change could be an idea adopted by one and shared by many in the organization> • Relevant Experience: • Volunteer in the Egyptian bidding committee for World Cup 2010. ( translation from Arabic to English and vice versa, public relations, organizing conferences, promotion, & administrative work – sending E mails, Faxes, data entry, communications, filing ) from 6-2003 till 5-2004. • Assistant Manager at Resource Professionals (recruitment agency) from 15 June 2004 till November 2004 • Foreign Relations Specialist in the Egyptian Ministry of youth • Academic Experience:- General secondary Certificate from << La Rose De Lisieux School >> English School, 1998/1999. • -Graduated from " Faculty of Economics & Political Science", Cairo University.
