  12. The Practical Details • NEO is organized by the Office for Faculty Development and Student Success. • OFDSS • faculty development programing • campus-wide graduation and retention initiatives

  14. Who is here? • Faculty • Unclassified Professionals (UCPs) • with teaching duties • without teaching duties

  16. The Agenda • Morning session contains info relevant to all. • Afternoon session is aimed at new faculty. • UCPs who teach may find some of the info relevant and are welcome to stay. Otherwise, UCPs are dismissed after lunch.
