Senior Calendar Highlights • Senior Tailgate October 5th • Homecoming Dance October 6th • Jostens October 16th • Cap and Gown Photos November 20th • Senior Breakfast December 10th • Senior Dues should be paid in full January 7th • Senior Luncheon March 20th • Senior Activities April TBA • Decision Day May 3rd • Prom ( City Museum) May 4th • Senior Week May 6th-9th • Graduation Rehearsal May 14th • Graduation( Powell Symphony Hall) May 15th

Other Important Dates • September 13th Application deadline for Seniors who need assistance with their with Senior Dues • September 18th Mandatory Senior-Parent Meeting (Guidance) 10:30-5:30 • September 19th Mandatory Senior-Parent Meeting (Guidance) 7:00-2:00 • October 1st Financial Aid (FAFSA) Application Opens  • October 2nd Mandatory Senior-Parent Meeting (Guidance) 10:30-5:30 • October 3rd Mandatory Senior-Parent Meeting (Guidance) 7:00-2:00  • October 10th FAFSA Frenzy 5:30 Library • October 18th FAFSA Open House -During Parent Teacher Conference

Senior Dues Breakdown • Cap, Gown, and Stole Purchase- $40.00 • Diploma Cover- $15.00 • Class T-shirt- $15.00 • Printing (Programs & Tickets) -$10.00 • Senior Luncheon- $20.00 • Graduation Fees- 50.00 • Yearbook - $25.00 • Senior Cap and Gown Picture - $25.00 • Total- $200 Each month the senior dues are not paid in full you will owe an additional $25.00 after January 7th .

  6. Application for Assistance • All applications should be completed and submitted to Ms. Megan Michalek in Guidance or the school counselors • Application Deadline – September 13, 2018 • Applications are now available! • Please pick one up at the end of this meeting OR please refer student to Guidance

  7. Prom City Museum • Saturday, May 4th from 7 – 11pm • Prom is NOT included in senior dues • Tickets will be $60.00

  8. Senior Sweats • $25 for sweatshirt and $20 for sweatpants • Sold through the school store beginning (September 13th- October 12th) • Orders will be in before Thanksgiving break.

  10. Senior Photos • Selection of portrait packages will be available at a later date. • Prices for selected packages will vary. • One graduation handshake photo • One senior class photo • One cap and gown photo

  11. Dues • For the student with the highest ACT score by January 1st we will reimburse there senior dues… • We will be doing a raffle for the students whom have paid their dues off completely as of 9/5/18. The winner will have their dues reimbursed. • The winner was Angel Hernadez.

  12. Fines • Before you attend prom your fines must be PAID IN FULL!! If you have any questions feel free to contact Ms.Walker in the bookroom.
