  5. Reduce your risk of cancer Be a healthy weight. Enjoy healthy eating. Be active every day.

  6. Reduce your risk of cancer Be a non-smoker and avoid second-hand smoke. Limit or avoid alcohol. Be sun safe and avoid tanning beds.
