  3. Troops During Preparation I didn’t realize until I began dating Sgt. Schear, how much work and preparation goes into normal drills (which are held at least once a month). A regular drill, which is only two and a half days in length, is prepared for a week in advance. A drill that is readying the troops for deployment,is prepared for months in advance. Once again, just an other day for a soldier. They enjoy all of these sacrifices to assure that there is always freedom in America.
