Loislaw Public RecordsWhat sets us apart? ™ • Look and Feel . . . • More user friendly! • More data at your fingertips! • More right party contacts! • Great Features. . . • Confidence Score: Returns a score for every search indicating the likelihood of locating the target. • C-Score: Returns a report and score indicating the likelihood of collecting from the target • Console: Provides a daily search history and the ability to re-run a search without re-entering the data. • Associates Search: Helps locate hard-to-find debtors through people associated with your target at a specific address. • Powertools: Allow for deeper searching, without re-entering the data, by linking results displayed in blue with additional search options.

  3. DO Use the People tab first – It’s UNLIMITED! From your results, click on a Name, SSN, Address, or Phone Number to access great search options via the drop-down boxes. LESS is MORE! When searching with data other than an SSN, too much information submitted may prevent you from obtaining valuable results. DO NOT Do not use punctuation inyour searches. Do not use middle names, middle initials, or titles unless narrowing down results returned (i.e. use Robert Smith, not Robert V Smith, Jr.) Don’t use descriptors and directional information in your searching such as Street, Avenue, or Circle.   4. Search Tabs! Tabs make it easierto navigate to yourdesired search type. Reference Number This field can be used to identify the search by client name or number. It can be optional or required. People Search Loislaw Public RecordsPeople Search ™

  5. Loislaw Public RecordsConsole ™ Search History! The CONSOLE is a newfeature that displaysyour search history, allowing you to re-run searches previously performed. Re-Run a Search Here a search can be re-run on any of the current day’s searches. Simply click on an entry.

TIP: Reverse Phone Here, you can run a reverse phone number look-up through our ENHANCED PEOPLE DATABASE. Don’t use punctuation, middle names, or descriptors on the initial search. People Search

Address Only Flag You can export your search results to an Excel or PDF file. Simply check the box, and click the appropriate icon. Indicates phone number is associated with the address, but not the person. Placing the cursor over the number provides insight into phone ownership. People Search Results

  9. Loislaw Public RecordsPeople Search Results ™ New! The new property flag indicates that the target is either a current or previous owner of that property. Find more information on the property by using the address drop-down box. Tip: Click on any name, SSN, address, or phone number to access additional search options via drop down boxes. Confidence Bar! A Confidence Bar is included with all results. This feature provides an indication of the likelihood of finding the target at that address.

  11. Loislaw Public RecordsAddress Search ™ Address! Click on an address to access a drop-down box for further searching. Associates! Associates Search: Links associated individuals to a target through shared address history. Returns current address & phone. High Risk Address A red flag indicates a high risk address. Place the curser over the flag to display details.

  12. Loislaw Public Records411 Search ™ 411 Access all electronic directory assistance searches through the 411 tab. Note that these are premium searches. Reverse Phone Here is another place to run a reverse phone. This is a premium search that provides real time directory assistance phone information. 411 Search

  14. Loislaw Public RecordsFetch Search ™ Fetch Search Search an individual database, a combination of databases, OR search all of the databases* by selecting “Check All”. Note Fetch provides a comprehensive search engine to search Loislaw™ Public Records entire National and State database library. Fetch Search *Check All Exclusions To search the People 3, City Zip and City Area Code databases you must check the database individually. They are not searched when you select “Check All”

  15. Loislaw Public RecordsFetch Search ™ Fetch Databases The databases are arranged by type of search. Searching on an individual database may provide more search options. TIP! Fetch Results Fetch results may include alternate phone numbers and addresses, in addition to asset information. Remember, it is possible to run a Fetch search by a name, SSN, address, or phone number!

C-Score Report Note This comprehensive report delivers current address history, phone, property, bankruptcies/ Judgments/liens, and relatives, in addition to a Collectability Score. Additional reportswill be availablefrom this tab asthey are released. Reports

  17. Loislaw Public RecordsC-Score Results ™ Deeper Searching Within the scoring summary, click on any blue text to link directly to additional information. Collectability Score This score is determined by using a complex formula which indicates the likelihood of collecting from the target. Scores range from 0 to 637. Note Results of this search include address, history, relatives, property, and BJL information.
