CQR 2018 Lifetime Service Award Ray Bonelli who, through three decades, served as a principle force for continuous improvement transforming CQR to its current mission and structure. He continues to be a valuable advisor and mentor. His insight and benevolent manner makes him a role model around which our committee has become a place where genuine relationships are built.
