Quick Pricer Advance Filter Options 1- you must enter all the loan info before you can use the Advanced Filter Option 2- make sure your in the right price group 3- Make sure you have an DU approved eligible for all Fannie products and for LP, Accept *for jumbo’s/Non-conforming run it 2x.   21. Now lets look at the easy steps needed to get your loan into the system. LO 8 Easy Steps Start by creating a New Lead (Purchase or Refinance) in LQB. *Always start in LEAD* Upload the Signed Borrower Credit Auth. to EDOCs in LQB (Credit Auth.) Run Credit Report Run Price My Loan and Register Loan By choosing rate, investor, and product. Adjust Discount points & Lender credit in the Disclosures TRID/Lender Credits / Discount and attach a signed LO Fee Sheet. Check if loan Passes the QM Fee test and APR rate spread test in Quality Control/QM. Run DO/ LP must obtain an Approve/Eligible Email All Documents to Submissions@homemac.com please include the Loan #, Last Name on the subject line. Always include the Subject Property Address is in the body of the email. See Exhibit A.

  28. 3. Run Credit Report Illustration #1 Step 1 of 2 Under the loan application section of your menu click on Liabilities as shown in the illustration #1. Click the Order Credit button then choose Credit Technology Inc. from the drop-down Menu and follow Illustration #2. You can also run the Credit Report by going to the Services Folder which is located further down the menu. Click on Order Credit, then follow illustration #2. Once all the fields are complete press the “Submit Credit Request”. Now see Step 2 Illustration #2
