1. AO5 • In this task, you will create draft of your contribution to your group’s magazine. • You will check this for accuracy. • Your document will include a bibliography of the sources you have used. The evidence produced for this task must be your own work, although you might wish to discuss ideas, progress etc. as a group, using appropriate ICT tools. This is acceptable, but you will need to keep records of any collaboration, as this may contribute to evidence for AO6.

2. TASK A Create your allocated part of your magazine. You must include information from a range of sources, including at least one non-internet source. You need to include downloaded graphics and text as well as your own text based on some of the information you found in Task 4. The presentation of your document must be consistent throughout. • To achieve the higher levels you must add appropriate captions and/or cross references to acknowledge the sources you have used. • The number of different sources used will also be a determining factor in the grade you are awarded for this AO.

3. TASK B Add a bibliography to acknowledge your sources. • To achieve the higher levels, your bibliography must acknowledge all sources. To achieve Distinction level you bibliography must give full and precise details of each source used.

4. TASK C Check your document for factual, spelling/typing, grammar and layout errors. Correct any errors found. • To achieve a Distinction, your final draft document must be of near professional quality. • PRINT SCREEN your spellcheck and any corrections you make!

5. Breakdown 1. Create your part of the magazine. 2. Make sure you cite your sources of information (including captions) 3. Include a bibliography of all the sources you used. 4. Check your work for errors.
