  2. Founders reasons • “The founders of the park wanted to build a place where people of all ages can have fun. And what better place than a theme park to fulfil just that purpose?” • The park can hold up to 40,000 people; and has 3 different themed sectors inside. These are space exploration, underwater world, and a fun zone – a perfect family outing.

  3. What they have • Experience the joy of flying at light speed on their space-coaster; the thrill of experiencing life in an underwater city in their aqua dome; or if you want a good time just being a spectator, there is always their circus! And if you just want to have a quiet, relaxing time; then our picnic area and a small secluded area with a lake can provide just that; while still providing easy access to all the rides. And much, much more.

  4. The shops • Their shops are also like the rest of the park, amazing. Not only do they have a range of well-made souvenirs and toys (at reasonable prices); but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful; and will always be happy to aid you should you need any assistance.

  5. The draw • And then of course, there is the weekly mystery draw; where people have the opportunity to win things that you would otherwise never even dream about; things so out-of-this-world that they are almost inconceivable. But of course, you have to visit the park to learn about the draw.

Facts • 8 dustbins at £50 each (cover a square) costing £400 • 1 ice cream stand,2 shops 1 café at £8,000 each (cover 4 squares) costing £32,000 • 3 category 1 rides at £50,000 each totalling £150,000 • 6 category 2 rides at £25,000 each totalling £150,000 • 60-70cm of path at 1 cm costing £40 giving us a total of £2,600 • 6cm.sqd. Of car park at £500 per square totalling £3,000 • 12 trees at £200 per tree totalling £2,400 • 8 squares of lake at £1,000 per square totalling £8,000  The total cost of this project is £352,400

  8. Why you should invest in their park • There are many other ventures that you could invest in, so why Tamach? Here are the reasons in a nutshell. • Investing in a theme park will either be a big success or a not-so-big one; so no matter what happens; you are almost guaranteed to receive a profit. • Also, London can always use more theme parks; as they provide entertainment for all people; and are a great way to create more jobs. • And finally; building a theme park will be a sort of service to the community; and this new source of entertainment will definitely be appreciated by society. • We offer three different themes: sea life, space and “fun”. These can be visited like an adventure story or skip out parts and visit your favourite rides in each. • It will be a big hit with families and families include more people then a group of boys making the profit higher. • We have a secluded spot for relaxing under the shade of our trees and the peace, calm and quite of two lakes. • We have a picnic area with a eatery and shop complex next to it.
