Subcommittee working on the Annual Report Database Reviewed the 2009 Ballots Subcommittees have reviewed the Agreement and Procedures Manuals Completed the Exemption Database which you will see later in this meeting Preparation under way for the Managers’ Workshop and Law Enforcement Seminar APC Committee Projects

  6. LEC Committee Projects • Committee meets monthly by teleconference on the second Tuesday of every month • Published an LEC Brochure • Held Face to Face In Raleigh, NC in April 2009

  7. Sponsored an IFTA Blitz Operation throughout the U.S. and Canada Presented the Charles M. Mills Award of Excellence to Tim Ford of CA in 2008 Completed a Best Practices Guide Highlight of the IFTA FOCUS in June 2009 LEC Committee Projects Con’t.

ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT APPLICATION AND RENEWAL *R345 LICENSE RENEWAL .100 A renewal license and decals for the following calendar year will be issued upon application if the license is not revoked, suspended or canceled, all tax returns have been filed, and all motor fuels use taxes, penalties and interest due have been paid and the applicant is in compliance with the base jurisdiction’s laws.
