PLANNING YOUR EVENT • How to Place and OrderYou can place your food and/or supply order by calling the food service department directly. 937-848-2141 ext. 13112We suggest to have orders placed 3-4 weeks before the scheduled event.Updates on guest counts need to be sent by Tuesday the week before the event. Late notices may result in additional cost due to having to secure products at the last minute. • The catering suggestions in this guide are samples of what we can do. However, if you have additional needs, give us a call so we can discuss how we can help. • Please keep in mind that if meeting location is off district property, we may not be able to meet your full needs based off our local health department rules, however we can provide you items that you can pick up. • The prices in this manual are only quotes. There are times when variable factors can either increase or decrease prices. Please give us all the details such as place, time, people attending, and your expectations. These sometimes can decrease or increase the price depending on what the needs are. You will be held responsible for paying for your quoted number of guest, plus any that show up.
