  2. What features do you look for? • There are different phones for different purposes. • Identify what features would be in a:- • Fashion phone • Business Phone • Multifunctional Phone

  3. Progress check: Features of a mobile phone • Confidence of a concept using the 1-10 self assessment method • 10 – let me at it! • 5 – Semi confident • 1 – what is a Phone? • From 1 – 10 think about how confident you are with the task

  4. What features do you look for? • There are different phones for different purposes. • Identify what features would be in a:- • Fashion phone • Business Phone • Multifunctional Phone

  5. Progress check: Peer assessment Review your neighbours work What is going well? What could be improved? Feedback some of the comments to the rest of the class

  6. Explain the task– You have just identified 3 main categories of phones (Fashion, Business and Multifunctional) Create a table to list some current phones (egiphone 5) and put it in the correct category Discuss what you have found with the class

  7. Plenary (Establish if LO met) Ruby wants her mobile phone design to be for a new audience. Can you think of a group of people for whom mobile phones don’t already cater? Why?
