JOYful Reasons to Say “Yes” to Missions • #1 – Jesus • We have been authorized by Jesus Christ to “go and make disciples.” • Missions is close to the center of God’s heart. • “God so loved the world that He gave…” and it is also the reason that He sends.
To be captured by a passion for missions is to capture the heart of God.
JOYful Reasons to Say “Yes” to Missions • #2 Others • 2/3 of the world lives below our poverty line. • God promised to meet all of our needs and He we can be channels of His material and spiritual provisions.

Who CAN’T go on a mission trip? • Those who are in prison. • Those who can’t walk.
What does it take to go? • A willing heart • Prayer and financial support • A desire to make a difference for the Kingdom of God • Empowerment by the Holy Spirit
