What have we achieved? • Maintained membership numbers • Had good attendance at events • Changed format of meetings introduced 6-4-6 • Grantfinder access for all members • Worked in partnership to evolve the NEGs • Kept members information updated on website • Kept members updated with info and literature • Fed into strategy via Ref Group/Middlesbrough Works • Been the first port of call for bidding partnerships (FND) • Reported gaps in delivery provision • Linked Business/Employers with the NEG’s and NOI
Matrix key recommendations • Continue to evolve and develop the NOI • Improve involvement/linkages with employers • Increase resident awareness of network and support • Greater use of website
