  2. THE MECHATRONICS FINAL EVENT Will take place on26th and 27th of October 2011in Bologna.

  3. TABLE OF CONTENTS – 1 Preliminary Mechatronics sub-sector proposal: Robotics (Packaging/Material Handling (Moving and lifting) Automotive (intelligent and Eco-sustainable mobility) Agriculture Machinery (tractors, gardening machinery) Amusement Park

TABLE OF CONTENTS - 2 MECHATRONICS PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT The Agreementhas been prepared By 10th September the Final version will be sent to the partners – (partners’ comments must be sent to us by 31st August) Who will sign the Agreement? We need the inputs from partners by 20th September, we also need to know the partner/s who will sign it before or after the PEV The partner should provide the list of their signatories- partner’s institution/cluster manager by 20th September

TABLE OF CONTENTS – 4 PEV Preparation –first step What we need in order to prepare the Mechatronics Final Event (PEV): the partners have to provide the final results of their RFGs and interviews (questionaire) by 31th of August (updated by 25th of September) the partners have to provide theshortdescription of the cluster, district, associationandresearch centre will participate in the PEV by 5th of September

TABLE OF CONTENTS – 5 PEV Preparation –second step Cluster match-making On the basis of the RFGs/ interview/questionaire each partner has to provide: the summary of the match-making interest, indicating the sub-sector/s considered important to develop of own territory by 20th of September the final list of the participants by 20th of September

TABLE OF CONTENTS – 6 PEV Preparation – third step Dissemination and promotion aspects Each partner should provide the publicity measure on own country/region through: leaflet in own language to upload the notice on the institutional/clusters... ...web site to announce the other events such as seminars/ conferences/… to send newsletters To upload the notice of the Mechatronics’ Final Event on the project web-site

  9. TABLE OF CONTENTS – 7 Discussion on the following: What are important bottlenecks for co-operation? What are important issues for successful co-operation? Presentation of the partners’ Centers of excellence during the PEV - partners’ ideas, contribution and feedback.
