Team Profile • Calvin, Giordano & Associates (CGA)will provide the CSS and MEP experts needed for the successful completion of this CEI project. Their professionals include a licensed water/wastewater operator, licensed electrical and mechanical specialists as well as QA and LEED reviewers. • Tierra South, Inc. (TSI)is a full service consulting CEI, geotechnical and construction materials testing engineering firm. Their services include threshold/special inspection and roofing inspection services. Tierra South is a certified FDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). They will provide roadway/building inspection services for this project. • Quest Corporation, Inc. (Quest) has been providing a host of professional marketing services to FDOT since they were established in1995. They will provide a public information officer for this project.
