  2. Introduction to Law and Justice This course is designed to familiarize students with the American system of criminal justice. This system includes law enforcement, the courts, and corrections, and their collective efforts to prevent/curb criminal activities.

  3. Law, Community Response , and Policing This course emphasizes the American legal system while examining constitutional legal issues. Students will explore the difference between common and statutory law in the context of how legal president is established. The course will explorer the rights of citizens guaranteed by the United States and Georgia constitutions.

  4. Criminal investigations and forensics This course will provide students with an opportunity to explore the basic processes and principles of forensic science as it relates to criminal investigation. Students will learn the importance of the identification, collection, and processing of evidence and of its contribution to the criminal investigation.
