Problem How might Seven Hills increase areas, patterns, even the range of sustainability in as many parts of our operation and plant while also reducing cost where possible and finding new and viable streams of revenue so that tuition remains modest, diversity is maintained, and the core values of their mission remain en tact?

Alumni Relations • Email database: • Provides quick access to alums and initial contact for future projects • Value Added: • Allows greater communication which is the key to increased involvement with both time donation and financial gifts
Alumni Newsletter • One alumni newsletter for Fall and Spring semester: • Fall focus: where alumni class is attending College • Spring focus: where future grads will be attending high school • Focus on upcoming events and changes to school • Value Added: • Information and personal connections are key to keeping alumni interested and invested in the school • Greater networking opportunities
Facebook Group • Convenient way to keep in touch, organize events and share information • 4 of 4 students admitted using Facebook already • Part of daily life; not adding another task • Value Added: • Free advertising and connection to students • One stop alumni connection service
