The terrain is ideal for the cultivation and growing of various types of fruit. Coffee cultivation was done for many years and still in place are old coffee plants on a terraced plantation. The property is a registered Blue Mountain coffee farm. There are a number of fruit trees including 20 lychee which regularly bear fruit, mangoes, coconuts, peaches, apples, banana, avocados, breadfruit, otaheite apples and sweet & sour sop.
