  2. Background of the first bridges going across the seven River • The Severn has two bridges that cross it. One is called Severn River Bridge that was built first in 1886. The other bridge is called US Naval Academy Bridge because it ends near the academy. the latter bridge was built as a drawbridge in the late 1920s.

  3. Reason why to make a new bridge • The ecological survey will be constructed to justify a potential construction site for a new bridge on the Severn River to have less traffic and congestions. The Severn River bridges are causing more problems with bad traffic.

  4. Background: Ecosystem • The river runs for over of 81 square miles (210 km2), or 69 square miles (180 km2) of land and the water that is input into the river is freshwater from Severn run. But there are bad problems with the river and there been overfishing population.
