What is communication? In simple words we can say that ““just to convey the message” • If we go in more detail we can say that “ communication is the process of • Transmitting (A B) • & Receiving (B A) Messages.
Effective Communication If some one achieve the desired level of objective through communication , we can say that it is “effective communication”. e.g. If your communication get the proper response from the receiver it means that you effectively conveyed the message.

Fear control - Fear is a mechanism to protect ourselves.- Fear leads to failure.- Fear focuses on the worst thing that can happen.E.g. ( I’ll fail – I’ll forget – I’ll stop breathing )
Tips to Overcome Fear 1)Focus on listener not yourself.2) Focus on message not words.3) Focus on success not alternatives. 4) Make a thorough homework and be clear on your message.5) Avoid negative self-talk.6) Speak from the heart.
Talk as well as listen 1) Allow others to talk.2) Respect the other person’s point of view.3) Concentrate on the conversation.4) Help individuals resolve the problems with patient listening.
