  2. Where is my passport? • In your planner!!!

  3. When do I need my planner/passport? • You may not be anywhere in the building without your planner/passport!

  4. Must I take my planner to the office – YESthe nurse - YESband – YESclass - YESthe restroom – YESlunch – YESthe library - YESget a drink - YESgo to my locker – YESfind a custodian - YES

  5. You must take it everywhere!!!!

  6. Students will be required to fill out their passport whenever they want to use the restroom. Each month, a new passport page will be given when students return the old passport page.

  7. Students will be required to sign out on the sign out sheet provided in each classroom!!!!

  8. What if I forget or lose my passport or planner? Each teacher will have an emergency passport BUT students will be given a checkmark when they use this pass.

  9. What if I still can’t find my passport or planner? You can purchase new ones in the office.

  10. Teachers may give you a pink pass BUT you must also carry your planner & sign in and out in the back of your planner.

  11. Can I use someone else’s planner or passport? No! If you try to do this, you will receive a check and the planner/passport will be given back to the owner. If you still need to leave the room, you will have to use the emergency passport and will receive a check for this also.

  12. Do I have to keep all of the pages in my planner? Yes! These pages are helpful for you to keep track of assignments and projects. You will not be allowed to use a planner if the pages are ripped out. If you still need to leave the room, you will have to use the emergency passport and will receive a check for this.

  13. Remember – ONLY 1 person may leave the classroom at a time to go to the restroom!

  14. May I go to the restroom between classes?BUT DON’T BE LATE TO CLASS or YES

  15. Always carry your passport and planner!!!
