  3. Background • There appears to be a conflict as to how the summary of an MPP evaluation is distributed and the results made known to the campus community.

  4. Summary of Recommended Changes • Amend section 3.14 “No later than 60 days after the receipt of the final report from the review committee, the President or his/her designee shall prepare and distribute to the University Community a summary report that includes the disposition of the recommendations in the report. A written copy of the summary report shall be forwarded to the Executive Committee of the Academic Senate.”
