No contact : -delay 1-30 days =>50% of customers will enter in 30-60 days delay -delay 30-60 days=>60% of customers will exceed the 60 days delay With contact : -delay 1-30 days =>15% of customers will enter in 30-60 days delay -delay 30-60 days=>25% of customers will exceed the 60 days delay FACTS: If collection services are in effect during the 1 – 60 days delay, the accounts that become more than 60 days overdue can be only about 3,7%.
