  2. Regular Eye Test Get a proper checkup of your eyes in every two years.Visit an eye specialists doctor. These tests are very useful because they helps in identifying any issue related to the vision.

  3. Good Diet Eat diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables, particularly green leafy such as spinach or collard greens. They helps in keeping your eyes healthy and beautiful.

  4. Rest Your Eyes Working for hours on Laptop or mobile phones can lead to eye problems. Take few moments to refresh your eyes. Blink frequently as it helps you avoid dry eyes and irritation.
