WOODWORKING • Wood Safety Certification • Jan 2 & 17 • 11- 2 p.m., $10 January 2010 • Featured Events: • “The Krafty Kitchen” Italian Cooking Class • Begins January 27 | 5 sessions | Mondays | 5-7 p.m. | $160 • Expand your cooking capabilities while two chefs guide you through the secrets of authentic Italian cooking. Learn to make sauces that dazzle, pizzas that delight and deserts that make you feel good. Prepare a table, choose the wine, decorate plates, and serve a 4-course meal at the last session. All participants receive a cookbook.
