  2. Survey Process • Survey developed to identify: • Existence of National Ethics Committee (NEC) • Functional aspects • Resources • Challenges/Needs • Survey sent to EMRO offices in 22 countries • Delivered to individuals involved with National Ethics Committee or involved with ethics within MOH
