Warm-Up – Superman Opposites • Lie face down on the floor or on a physioball with your core tight • Keeping your knee straight and toes pulled toward your knees, raise one leg while contracting your glute • Simultaneously, move your opposite shoulder blade back and down, and raise your opposite arm straight in-line with your torso • Keep your thumbs up, and focus on contracting your opposing glute and lats together • Lower to the start position, and repeat on opposite side • This movement trains your posterior chain
