Service Scope for BDHHI Weiser Lock BDHHI Weiser Lock 及 APLL 期望藉由此廠商說明會提供各出口廠商更清 楚的出口流程,及出口配合程序以能與廠商合作共同達成客戶的出口要求. 自 2006年八月十四日開始BDHHI Weiser Lock 指定 APLL (世捷集運股份有限公司) 其出口併裝公司 • Trade Lane-出口線路包含: Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Xingang, Shanghai, China , • Service includes • FCL, LCL and occasional air freight to Mira Loma CA. • LCL and FCL to Nogales Mexico and air freight to Nogales Mexico • Destination: 1. Mira Loma via Los Angeles/Long Beach, 2. Nogales Mexico via Los Angeles/Long Beach • APLL is responsible for cargo to Long beach/Los Angeles port for Mexico bound cargo. Synergy Cargo (CHB) will be responsible for cutting of T&E and move the cargo to Nogales Mexico. • APLL is responsible for FCL delivery for cargo to Mira Loma DC. Air and LCL cargo to Mira Loma DC . Booking Process • BOOKING Time 時 間 : Booking must submit at least 7 days prior to vessel closing to APLL Taiwan IFS team by mail or fax 廠商請於貨物結關日前“ 7 天 ” 傳真 或用E-Mail 傳送 S/O(Shipping Order) 與 APLLTaipei 簽訂船位. • Booking Detail 廠商簽S/O時須備下列資料: • Shipper Name Consignee Name • Country of Origin Port of Loading • B/L Destination Shipping Marks & No’s • Total number of Packages Carton Breakdown/PO/Style • Commodity Description Notify Party • Estimated CBM and KGS Expected Cargo Delivery Date • * GPA PO# and SKU# and must be provided upon booking. • Arrange shipment and release booking 船期安排及S/O發放 : APLL will inform vendor Booking Order number / Selected Carrier / Vessel Voyage/ Designed Warehouse after APLL verify essential data on booking form all completed. 根據各廠商提供完整出貨資料審核無誤後, 會傳送 Booking Authorization 給客人,確認出口Booking 資料正確無誤. • APLL will notify all vendor following information APLL會告知各廠商- Actual vessel name and Shipping Order number-確定的船名 及 S/O# The facility detail of cargo deliver-確定的併櫃貨櫃場 Page

Cargo delivery • Cargo Delivery:廠商送貨 Cargo must be delivered to APLL warehouse before APLL CFS cutoff and release Taiwan customs clearance before loading. 廠商出口貨物應在結關截止時間前運送至APLL指定貨櫃場,並完成報關, 海關放行 • Cargo variance (shortage/overage and measurment change) 出口貨物 少/多 出,及才數變動 Vendor needs to notify APLL for any variance of actual cargo volume vs. booking before cargo delivery 如有任何實際出貨資料變動與S/O上簽訂的資料不一致者, 請務必於結關前 盡早通知APLL. Vendors will be held liability for additional SI amendment charges resulting from false declaration 海關傳輸後修改 S/O 上任何資料而造成退關或產生的任何修改費用由工 廠自行負責. Page

Documents • Commercial Documents 出口文件: Vendor need to submit the commercial documents to APLL Taiwan within three days of vessel sails, so could pouch to customer for destination clearance. • 廠商請於船開後四日內將客戶要求之 出口文件交APLL Taipei, 由APLL統一寄給客戶清關. Commercial Doc. Should including:出口文件包括 Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin…等 • APLL House Bill of Lading-提單(HBL)發放: APLL House Bill Lading will be issued to vendors after APLL 提單(HBL) 將於下列情況完成後發放給廠商: • Vessel On Board所搭載船已確實靠岸裝貨(ON BOARD) • Submission of complete and correct commercial documents timely 廠商請依客戶指示於船開後三日內, 將出口文件予APLL • Paying all applicable local charges並繳交各項費用 Page
