Why we’ve developed this package Developed to assist businesses and organisations who procure construction work For any business in the UK • To assist small, infrequent and one off clients • To promote understanding and compliance with CDM • To provide links to guidance and support • To start working to best practice
What we’ve delivered (1) • Web based – Client CDM Self Assessment Tool
What we’ve delivered (2) • Joint research with the BPF on CDM- just launched
What we’ve delivered (3) • Two more information sheets
What we’ve delivered (4) • A set of Health and Safety KPI’s for the supply chain
What we hope to achieve • A measurable contribution to improving clients capability and awareness • To continue to contribute to improving the industry’s safety and health record • Wider outreach and use than typical clients through business bodies eg: CBI, CLA, IOD, FSB etc
