  1. How To Quit Having Unfavorable Thoughts - How To Quit A Negative Thought Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to be free of negative thoughts that you get over and over again? When was the last time you had one? Was it yesterday or maybe just 5 minutes ago? However long ago, you know they are there. You've probably wondered why negative thoughts are so automatic. You weren't even consciously thinking about that unpleasant experience that just popped up. Often it's an incident in the past, or maybe you're planning something in the future, and all of a sudden, there's a negative stream of thought that starts inching its way into your future plans! We all have challenges with our thoughts... and our thoughts backed by the feelings that go with it, are what create our reality. When a thought is paired with a feeling, they become magnetic. But which comes first, the thought or the feeling? I’ve spent some time meditating on this and found the order of thoughts, feelings, physical reactions, is incorrect. ... The feelings come first, and the thoughts come later. This means that we cannot change our thinking and make the feelings go away. Being a Spiritual Mentor and Spiritual Energy Healer I have found with my clients and myself that the majority of those feeling based thoughts come from somewhere else. If those feelings and thoughts aren't yours, whose are they? Let me take just a moment to quickly explain. When we're between the ages of 0 to 7, we're an open book, we're like a sponge, just accepting all information around us without judgment. We have no critical factor yet ...we haven't developed one. So there is nothing guiding us, telling us whether what we're taking in is for our highest good.. We just absorb everything. When we do that, during those formative years there, that is what creates the platform for our personality and our belief systems in this life. And you live by those belief systems and create your life based on them. Right now you’re probably thinking about how to reprogram your mind so you can choose to have what you want in this life. Well, instead of being a victim of what our automatic feelings are producing in our lives, there are ways to change them. Listen to the free recording about how you can let go of negative thoughts. First of all, realize that the feeling comes first. It is so instant you are not conscious of the feeling until the thought that follows is in your awareness. And by the time you realize it, the feeling has already traveled or sent it’s frequency out into the Universe or Quantum Field. You may try to change the thought, however the feeling is already at work seeking out like frequencies or feelings to return to you. When that’s not changed, you experience the snowball effective of feelings you really didn’t want in the first place. This is a process we can’t see, but feel the effects of.
