This is a 6 x 9 card based on information from ISO 14589 on record system characteristics. It is a handy desk guide for RM staff who are working in paper or electronic based recordkeeping systems.
This poster is available in 8.5 x 11 and 18 x 24. The idea is for an RO to post these around his/her agency so that staff will get in contact with them on these issues. This is an update to a brochure that was previously published by NARA.
