2. 42 Cdo Royal Marines Bickleigh Barracks Over ten years ago it was decided that a new way of Feeding troops was to be put in place by the Ministry of Defence, the reasons were, that it was what the lads wanted. That has now come to a realization & it will be called PAYD Pay As You Dine
