Key Observations about BCCSAP Local level BCCSAP or climate change strategic action plan is required to develop localized climate adaptation capacity. High level political coordination is a fundamental for BCCSAP implementation. Institutional reform especially on integration of climate change issues / BCCSAP along with decentralized management is an important requirement Is the BCCSAP is being integrated in the 6th Five Year Plan Need of dimensions on gender and marginalized population in BCCSAP Need elaboration on policy and implementation mechanism for present and future on how to support climate forced migrant’s issue.
