BSc Healthcare Science at DeMontfort Uniiversity • Are being accredited for Life Sciences, CR&S Sciences, Neurosensory Sciences, Medical Physics • All Medical Physics pathways - MEE • All CR&S pathways - MEE • Life Sciences/Neurophysiology - pending MEE
BSc Healthcare Science – PTP Education • Integrated degree • 50 weeks placement in 3 years • Most academic content shared with other programmes, eg Biomedical Science • New modules needed in each academic year • Some teaching will have to be double delivered
BSc Healthcare Science – PTP Training • 10 weeks placement in year 1 • 15 weeks placement in year 2 • 25 weeks placement in year 3 • Training will be delivered on site at the placement supported by the HEI • Students will complete training/portfolio to allow regulation/registration on graduation
